What is Scarwork?
Scarwork is something totally new that was invented by a Structural Integrator.
Sharon Wheeler, one of Ida Rolf’s first students, discovered the principles of Scarwork.
Scarwork changes scars, makes them less noticeable, allows the scar tissue to ease, actually changes the tissue from “scar-like” to “not scar-like”. Scarwork lessens the burning feeling and pain often associated with scarring, and it eases the pulling feeling that scars often produce by changing scars into a more flexible, more normal tissue

who can benefit from scarwork?
Anyone who has a scar that is bothersome or uncomfortable. Anybody who wants to improve the appearance of a scar. Anyone who has a scar that is limiting their range of motion
